Pricing that follows scope, not a subscription card
Most engagements are fixed-fee after a document inventory. The figures below are starting bands for Taiwan-based fintech work in English.

How we build an estimate

Document inventory
Policy packs, process maps, and a sample-period proposal come first. Until we see those, any fee is only a band.
Week 0 -
Engagement letter
Fixed fee, deposit, deliverables, and out-of-scope list. Travel to Taipei or on-site Kinmen days are itemized when needed.
Before kickoff -
Addenda
Material corridor additions or new product lines mid-fieldwork require a written fee update — we do not silently absorb endless expansion.

What we do not sell
There are no monthly SaaS tiers, seat licenses, or “unlimited findings” retainers on this page. Retained advisory after closing is available only by separate letter and is not required to receive your audit pack.
